​As a Triad native, Justin grew up in Browns Summit before settling in Greensboro. Justin joined the Calso Physical Therapy team as COO after pursuing his Masters in Business Degree from Liberty University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Carolina University where he pursued a career in basketball but quickly developed a passion for loving people through his church. His faith, along with his passion for people, led him to serve in ministry for 10 years - serving as the Connections Director at Mercy Hill Church. This same passion carried over into his desire to join the Calso team and help people become the best version of themselves after injury. Along with serving people, Justin enjoys being immersed in the sports world, both playing and observing, and traveling with his wife.
